We're seeking a passionate and motivated Full-Time Demi Chef to join the team at Summer Salt - our adults-only, Mediterranean-inspired food truck located by the pool.
At Summer Salt, we celebrate fresh, vibrant flavours served in a relaxed, outdoor setting that captures the essence of Byron Bay living.
This role offers five set daytime shifts per week, giving you the opportunity to enjoy consistent hours and a balanced lifestyle - no evening shifts required

What we're looking for:
Previous experience as a Demi Chef or in a similar position (hotel or resort experience highly regarded)
Initiative, independence, and attention to detail, ensuring excellence with minimal supervision
Full availability, including weekends and public holidays
Strong teamwork skills with a positive, can-do attitude
A genuine interest in learning and developing your culinary career
