Are you an experienced Physiotherapist with a passion for rehabilitation? Join a collaborative and high-performing interdisciplinary team at a large rehabilitation centre in Melbourne's north, servicing a diverse patient base across geriatrics, post-operative care, neurology, cardiology, and more.
We are seeking a Grade 2 Physiotherapist with a background in rehabilitation to provide high-quality inpatient and outpatient services. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career within a supportive environment committed to evidence-based practice and patient-centred care.
Opportunities available:
* Full-time permanent role
* 0.6 FTE maternity leave cover (12 months, from October 20th, 2025) with potential for permanency
In this role, you will:
* Deliver comprehensive assessment, treatment, and evidence-based rehabilitation programs across varied diagnostic groups
* Provide physiotherapy services to inpatients and outpatients, ensuring excellent patient outcomes
* Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives within Allied Health
* Contribute to interdisciplinary team meetings and professional development activities
* Supervise and mentor junior staff and students
About you:
* Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent) with current AHPRA registration
* Strong clinical skills in rehabilitation assessment and intervention
* Experience across neurological and orthopaedic rehabilitation highly regarded
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
