In this role:
You will be working as part of the Workplace Services team, within the Workplaces Branch of Transport for NSW. You will work closely with the relevant Workplace Operations teams and outsourced service providers to manage card management services, ensuring the safety and security of our facilities and staff across Transport for NSW.
You will oversee the delivery of consistent and prompt processing of access card requests to a high standard. You will support as an escalate point for request processors and will be responsible for ensuring governance is imbedded into day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for assurance activities including training & associated supporting documentation, ongoing auditing and maintenance of accurate records.
You will provide administration support to the wider team, providing insights & reporting, driving data led decisions & improvements across the team. You will support the Card Administration Coordinator and processing team with the management of complex requests.

About You
You are an enthusiastic administrator who is highly organised, and is able to plan and prioritise workload in a critical operating environment. You will also have demonstrated experience in access control or identity management systems, ideally across complex property portfolios.
You will be able to analyse data and create insightful reports for the business. You will also thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to coordinate a high volume of requests without compromising quality.
You have excellent communication skills both written and verbal with ability to run training sessions to a varied audience. You will also be a collaborative team player who can build relationships with other teams, stakeholders and vendors.
This is a Position of Trust and will require the successful applicant to hold Australian citizenship and to obtain and maintain a BASELINE Commonwealth security clearance under the Australian Government Protective Security Policy Frame
