1. Oversee collections operations to ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.

3. Prepare financial reports and statements for the Accounting & Finance department.
4. Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a professional and timely manner.
5. Train and mentor collections team to enhance performance.
6. Continually review and improve collections processes and systems.
7. Manage relationships with debtors and negotiate payment plans.
8. Produce regular reports on credit control activities and collection outcomes.
9. Comply with all industry regulations and maintain a high standard of professional ethics.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Manager should have:
