We are seeking a Learning Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering learning programs that support teams transition to a modern Warehouse Management System (WMS). The successful candidate will lead a small team responsible for delivering the best possible learning experience for end users.
About the Role
The Learning Manager will work closely with a highly experienced and collaborative project team to build exceptional working relationships with site stakeholders at every level. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing practical and aligned learning approaches with Coles L&D and site learning teams
* Engaging and collaborating with third-party learning providers
* Creating meaningful assessment and feedback loops to improve learning delivery and measure site readiness
The ideal candidate is passionate about making learning engaging, relevant, and impactful. They should have experience in rolling out large-scale learning programs for system implementation and be an exceptional relationship builder who can influence and collaborate with stakeholders at every level.
