We are currently looking for a Part Time Cleaning Service Assistant to join our team at the St John's facility in Wangaratta, VIC. This role is vital to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, ensuring a hygienic and safe living space for our residents.
Part‐Time Position
(must be available to work across all shifts)

Key Responsibilities
* Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
* Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard of hygiene and safety.
* Follow infection control and safety guidelines to ensure the well‐being of residents and staff.
* Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas as required.
* Ensure that cleaning supplies are appropriately stored and maintained.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor.
Skills and Experience
* Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred, but not essential.
* Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
* A friendly, compassionate, and respectful attitude toward residents.
* A valid National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
