Champion exceptional patient outcomes and experiences as a key professional in cancer treatment. Ensure the highest standards of customer service are met through close collaboration with Medical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, Urologists, and other stakeholders within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Cultivate new business opportunities with existing and potential clients to meet sales targets for allocated products and territories.
* Maintain market awareness by engaging with clients, suppliers, and industry association meetings to stay up-to-date on emerging trends and developments.
* Provide insightful feedback to inform strategic business decisions and appraise customer needs through comprehensive individual plans tailored to their requirements.
Requirements
* Possess relevant tertiary qualifications in science, healthcare, or business, with a strong preference for oncology experience.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in hospital/specialty sales within the pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong understanding of the Australian pharmaceutical industry and specialist therapeutic areas.
* Experience working within NSW South hospitals will be highly advantageous.
* Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving sales targets and positive account management.
* Foster a solid understanding of anatomy and physiology.
