We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to fill the role of HR Advisor in our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Draft job descriptions, advertise roles, and coordinate interviews for recruitment processes.
* Support onboarding and induction processes for new team members.
* Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to reporting requirements.
* Coordinate training and development opportunities for staff.
* Support workplace health and safety initiatives as needed.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.
Requirements:
* A background in administration, ideally within a not-for-profit environment.
* Strong interest in HR or working towards a diploma in HR.
* Experience in recruitment or HR administration.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
* A commitment to supporting community-focused initiatives.
* Experience with Humanforce is an advantage.
