Who we're looking for
- Strong technical expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, VMware), Windows Server administration, RHEL administration, OEL administration, SOE development, VMware, scripting and automation, and ITIL best practices.
- You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide strategic input to enhance infrastructure support processes. The SOE development, delivery and sustainment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to capture SOE requirements
- Develop a high-level design for new server builds, sustainment strategy, roadmap, patching and major version upgrades
- Develop Windows, RHEL and OEL images as per the captured requirements
- Deploy test VMs, and facilitate cross-functional testing
- Transition the SOE images to the BAU / operations team
- Lead and manage a team of Infrastructure Analysts and Coordinators, ensuring smooth operations and timely issue resolution
- Act as a technical escalation point for complex infrastructure-related incidents, problem management, and change implementation

Security Clearance Requirement : Given the secure nature of this role, candidates must be Australian Citizens with an active security clearance or be eligible for obtaining security clearance.
This requirement ensures that all team members are cleared to handle sensitive information and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of security in our operations.
On-call and Shift Expectations : Our positions are primarily focused on managed services, meaning you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our clients' IT systems (Applications and Infrastructure). Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you may be required to work in shifts to provide continuous support. You may also need to be on call to address incidents promptly and perform after-hours deployment activities as needed. Your ability to effectively manage these responsibilities will be crucial to ensuring the seamless operation of our services and client satisfaction.
