They specialise in delivering complex projects for both private and public sector clients, typically valued between $20m and $30m. Due to a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, they’ve created a new permanent role to manage the increased workload. ABOUT THE POSITION. The company is looking for an experienced Foreman to manage daily operations on-site. You’ll report directly to the Project Manager and be responsible for ensuring safety standards are met, maintaining quality control, and helping deliver projects on time. DUTIES. Your main duties will include: Managing and directing subcontractors on-site Ensuring safety standards are followed Leading toolbox talks and safety briefings Keeping the project on track to meet deadlines Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. To be successful in this role, you’ll need: Proven experience in roadwork projects of a similar size Strong understanding of technical specifications and construction processes Ability to manage subcontractor performance and ensure they stay on track Experience in managing projects from start to finish Strong communication and relationship-building skills CULTURE.
