What You'll Do

* Proven experience in HR project management, ideally within government or large, complex organisations.
* Background in large-scale reform projects – able to operate confidently in environments of significant change.
* Strong stakeholder management skills – able to influence, negotiate, and build trusted relationships at all levels.
* Ability to remain calm, adaptable, and solutions-focused under pressure.
* Experience delivering in high-stakes, high-visibility environments.
