Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage warehouse automation projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
* Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments including sales, solution, logistics, and software team.
* Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders, and keep stakeholders informed and updated for both parties.
* Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
* Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverable.
* Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
* Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements
Skills and Background:
* Bachelor or higher degree in computer software, electrical/electronic Engineering, automation, or other related fields.
* Experience in Field Applications and Technical Support. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in software, testing, automation or robotics.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
