Sacred Heart Mission is a community of dedicated people working together to end homelessness, deep disadvantage and social exclusion. Our strength lies in our shared purpose and values. We welcome individuality and support each other to bring our best and whole selves to the work we do each day.

Join us in making a meaningful difference in a fun and friendly organisation with a big heart.

Your new role
* This is an opportunity to accelerate the growth of a business.
* Our online shop is recognised as providing a high-quality user experience achieved through the use of a clear and engaging brand personality supported by excellent imagery and product descriptions and maintaining standards in the sale of high‐end fashion, accessories, collectibles, electronics and antiques.
* Sacred Heart Mission op shops are instrumental in generating funds that support the delivery of services to clients.
* Our online store has been an exciting addition to our sales channels and it has continued to grow since inception.
* As the Online Store – Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for utilising your knowledge of online sales strategies combined with a focus on maintaining strong customer relationships and responding to changing trends in the second‐hand clothing and collectibles market to lead the continued growth in sales.
* You will also continue the development of the internal knowledge of online retail by working closely with the Head of Retail Operations, Op Shops Marketing Coordinator and Online Store – Content Coordinator.

Your day will focus on optimising the performance of Sacred Heart Mission's online store through strong platform management, analytics, and customer experience practices. Working within Shopify, you will oversee site functionality, promotional set‐up, pricing integrity, product lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of the customer journey to support sales growth.

You will analyse site performance, customer behaviour, and sales data to inform reporting, identify opportunities, and recommend enhancements that improve conversion, revenue, and operational efficiency. A key part of the role is translating insights into action — ensuring the online store is commercially effective, easy to shop, and aligned with SHM's growth strategy.

You will work closely with the Online Store Coordinator – Content to ensure the creative vision and storytelling developed for the online store translates effectively to the site experience and is further enhanced through targeted direct marketing initiatives to the online customer database. Together, the roles collaborate to deliver engaging product drops, promotions, and site merchandising that drive both customer engagement and commercial outcomes.

Alongside store teams and Marketing, you will help coordinate promotions, maintain accurate product information, support customer relationships, and contribute to building a scalable and data‐driven online retail operation.
