Join the LIV Golf 2026 Team Now Hiring Retail & Merchandise Staff
SMAART Recruitment is excited to continue our partnership with LIV Golf for the highly anticipated 2026 Adelaide event, marking their fourth event in our great state.
To help them deliver an outstanding fan experience for their patrons, we're looking for enthusiastic and reliable team members to service busy merchandise store and walk‑up venues.
We're particularly interested in candidates with prior event experience, especially those who have worked in retail, food and beverage, or customer service roles.
What you'll be doing:
This is a hands‑on position supporting merchandise operations, assisting customers, and helping to keep everything running smoothly. Duties include lifting boxes, setting up and packing down merchandise displays, handling transactions and engaging with attendees at the merchandise tents throughout the event. Event days are extremely busy, you will be on your feet for long hours and helping to serve a non‑stop steady stream of customers. The Details:
* Dates: Friday Feb 6th to Wednesday Feb 18th
* Shift times: Flexible availability required between 7am and 8pm across these days
* Pay: $33 per hour + penalty rates for weekends
* Location: Grange Golf Club
We're seeking individuals who:
* Have flexible availability across the required event dates.
* Ideally you can work multiple shifts – we will do our best to accommodate special requests but cannot guarantee.
* Bring previous event experience (whether in retail, F&B, or customer service).
* Are dependable and consistently punctual – you must be able to arrive 15 mins prior to your shift start time.
* Work well in a team and are ready to support both the events crew and LIV Golf staff.
* Communicate effectively and feel confident engaging with customers in a fast‑paced environment.
To apply, you must:
* Be 18 years or older.
* Be able to work outdoors (if required), physically fit to lift merchandise products, and stand for extended periods.
* Have full working rights in Australia.
* Have previous event experience (highly desirable).
When your shift is finished, you can head out and enjoy the golf and concerts.
