Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to identify and consult with stakeholders regarding the disposal of unused roads, rights of way, laneways, and other relevant reserves.
The role involves executing policy, administrative, and statutory processes to achieve a favorable outcome for the community. To be successful in this role, you will have a tertiary qualification in a property or legal field, experience in property management, and knowledge of relevant sections of the Local Government Act.
