The Opportunity
This rewarding role delivers essential administrative support to the Rural and Regional Health Service Manager, New England Northwest. While the Service Manager is currently based in Tenterfield, the position's primary location is flexible and can be negotiated across the region, with options such as Moree, Narrabri, Glen Innes, or Inverell.
Take advantage of the flexibility this role provides, with the freedom to shape your workdays and hours around your lifestyle. You will join a collaborative and geographically dispersed team that supports each other across multiple sites.
Although the role requires a degree of independence, you won't be working in isolation. You'll have ready access to the Service Manager, senior leaders, and a network of executive assistants across the district for guidance and support.
What The Role Involves
From coordinating diaries and scheduling meetings to managing correspondence, compiling data, and preparing reports, your contribution will be central to the smooth running of operations and to the Service Manager's oversight of Health Facilities.
You will collaborate with the wider team, develop your skills, and play an active role in achieving our healthcare objectives. The position involves working with minimal supervision, balancing priorities, and managing workflow to ensure deadlines are met. You will also respond to inquiries professionally and maintain compliance with relevant policies and standards.
