Job Title: Operational Services Manager
The Duty Manager plays a crucial role in coordinating daily operations at the facility, ensuring safety and high-quality service delivery. This position requires strong leadership skills to manage up to 30 staff members, providing guidance and leadership to ensure patrons have a safe and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading a team of staff members to achieve operational goals and objectives
* Providing excellent leadership and guidance to staff on shift
* Ensuring safety and high-quality service delivery to all patrons
* Communicating effectively with patrons with diverse needs and abilities
Requirements:
* Strong leadership experience in a customer-facing environment
* Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with patrons and staff
* Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and public safety applications
* Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as required
* Certifications in First Aid (Level 2), CPR, and Pool Operations are essential
