The Role
As we enter our next phase of national growth, we are seeking a commercially accountable Marketing Manager for a new role. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will own and execute all marketing activity across the business, directly creating, implementing and optimising initiatives that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
You will be responsible for:
* A clear national marketing plan, executed on time and within budget
* Consistent, differentiated brand positioning across all states
* End-to-end campaign execution (website, CRM, email, digital, collateral)
* Practical builder and channel marketing that drives strong sales adoption
* Measurable digital growth across key platforms
* Disciplined ROI reporting, ensuring marketing spend delivers commercial return
* Ongoing testing and optimisation to improve effectiveness and revenue impact
About You
You will demonstrate:
* Commercial acumen, you think in revenue, margin and ROI
* Hands‐on execution, you build and deliver, not just manage
* Data discipline, you measure what matters and optimise accordingly
* Strong alignment with Sales and commercial leaders
* Structure, focus and accountability for outcomes
* Proven digital execution capability (CRM, email, CMS, analytics)
* Experience in B2B environments (preferred)
* Confidence managing agencies without dependence
* A track record of linking marketing activity to measurable revenue
