Main Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality customer service through strong interpersonal skills and effective communication
* Handle customer enquiries promptly and courteously while maintaining confidentiality and using discretion in the performance of all duties
* Identify, refer and assign non-standard and more complex enquiries to a Centre of Expertise for action and resolution
About You:
* You have previous experience in a call centre or customer service role
* Previous government experience is preferred but not required
* You are proficient in Microsoft office suite, particularly Outlook and Teams
