About the Role:
This is an exceptional opportunity to oversee all aspects of surgical services, including Operating Theatres, Anaesthetics, PACU, Pre-admission, and CSSD.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic and operational leadership across the entire perioperative service
* Lead and inspire a strong, supportive multidisciplinary surgical team
* Manage theatre scheduling, staff resources, equipment, and budgets
* Foster a culture of clinical excellence, safety, and continuous improvement
* Support workforce planning, development, and retention strategies
* Liaise with surgeons, anaesthetists, and clinical stakeholders to optimise theatre flow
* Drive accreditation, compliance, and clinical governance initiatives

Requirements:
* AHPRA Registration
* Eligibility to Work in Australia - Full working rights required
* Minimum 3 Years of Recent Experience in this role
