You’ll lead initiatives that enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and manage risk across the Personal Loans portfolio. This full-time Sydney-based role is all about driving NPS improvement, reducing complaints, and delivering innovative solutions through human-centred design and data-led decision-making. You’ll collaborate with product managers, risk teams, and technology partners to simplify processes, digitise journeys, and champion transformation. What do I need? Proven experience in product management or continuous improvement (credit or lending highly desirable). Strong understanding of risk frameworks, governance, and regulatory environments. Expertise in customer journey mapping, root cause analysis, and data-driven insights. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
