We are looking for a part-time Café Supervisor/Barista for our Gisborne store who is team-oriented, fast-paced, and has a passion for customer service.
Applicants will be experienced Baristas and will work as a Supervisor when the manager is not in the store.
Your responsibilities will include, and not be limited to:
* Assisting with the oversight and supervising day-to-day operations
* Ensuring all staff are trained in accordance with Jolly Miller group specifications.
* Maintaining the highest standards for all Jolly Miller products
* Providing exceptional customer service to all customers and being an exceptional role model for your team
* Foster an environment of respect, collaboration and teamwork within the store
* Follow all cash management policies and procedures to ensure accountability of all monies
* Barista duties, including Latte art
Baristas who apply should be able to...
* Adjust and correct machine and grinder settings
* Have experience making all types of espresso coffee
* Produce consistent, high-quality coffee with Latte Art
* Deal with daily opening and closing of the coffee machine
* Supervise daily operations and large teams
* Work autonomously and as part of a team
* Have excellent presentation and customer service
