The Role
This is a hands‐on position in a fast‐paced environment where you will be exposed to all aspects of residential sales.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Working closely 1:1 with the Director
* Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
* Managing and attending open homes
* Maintaining and nurturing the database
* Liaising with buyers, vendors, and solicitors
* Coordinating pest and building inspections
* Handling buyer enquiries and appointment scheduling
* Supporting property campaigns and appraisals
About You
* Previous experience as a Sales Associate is preferred; however, a highly driven entry-level candidate will also be considered
* Certificate of Registration (COR) required
* Strong work ethic with a focus on achieving KPIs
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Professional presentation and attention to detail
* Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
