An exciting opportunity has opened up with a local Bracken Ridge Agency for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a supportive and high‐performing team. With future leadership potential, this role is ideal for someone with 3–4 years or more experience who is looking to take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities
* Manage a residential portfolio of 120 properties end to end
* Conduct routine, entry and exit inspections
* Handle arrears management and rental follow ups
* Coordinate maintenance and liaise with trades
* Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Ensure compliance and accurate record keeping

About You
* 3–4+ years experience in Property Management

* Valid driver's licence and own vehicle (fuel allowance provided)
