Key Responsibilities:

* Support and maintain high quality customer relationships
* Provide internal and external customer support relating to enquiries and requests
* Act as the first point of contact for service customers
* Complete data entry and general administration tasks


About You:

* Demonstrate extensive experience in administration and customer service
* Hold proficient skills using SAP
* Previous sales experience is beneficial
* Display strong organisational skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Maintain attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
