About The RoleWith strategic inputs from both CEO and the Creative Director, our Brand Marketing Manager will work to establish and execute the MANNING CARTELL brand and voice in the global market.This 360-degree role is responsible for overseeing all brand marketing activities and is critical to ensuring that all brand activities align with the MANNING CARTELL identity, values, and business goals.Our ideal candidate uses their deep understanding of brand building, exceptional people skills and superior communication abilities to ensure a singular and cohesive MANNING CARTELL vision is executed across all brand and marketing material. Our Brand Marketing Manager is proactive and commercial and creatively minded, drawing on their strong background in public relations and influencer marketing to drive trade and elevate the MANNING CARTELL customer experience across all channels.Your Focus· Drive and deliver total business growth, including achievement of budgeted marketing targets· Manage and own the end-to-end MANNING CARTELL marketing plan and calendar, including both retail and digital marketing campaigns and activations· Ideate and implement innovative and engaging marketing content to constantly improve the customer experience with commercial and ROI-centric measures in mind· Content creation, management of photoshoots, concepting and ecommerce shoots· Analyse, report on and provide insights relating to marketing activity and other key performance metrics· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the MANNING CARTELL brand and DNA is consistently represented across all internal and external touchpoints· Execute the MANNING CARTELL marketing strategy across multiple channels and maintain the overarching marketing content calendar ongoing· Develop and maintain effective and impactful internal and external communication channelsMarketing Strategy and Execution• Assume overall responsibility for the MANNING CARTELL marketing strategy globally, and share back with key internal stakeholders• Oversee and manage the yearly marketing and communications plans by season and category in line with the overall business strategy• Develop the marketing budget and ensure marketing activities are executed commercially to deliver a return on investment in-line with the business goals• Foster collaboration cross functionally to ensure the brand DNA and marketing strategic direction is understood and consistently embedded across content available to internal teams, external partners and customers• Manage marketing cost centres with a commercial and ROI-centric eye, ensure marketing related activities and team to deliver in-line with agreed timelines and budgets and report against agreed upon measures of success• Conduct competitive analysis of market and activities and as required, perform market research and drive understanding of consumer insights critical to driving sales and key trade metricsOmnichannel Marketing• Co-create and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns and initiatives; with campaigns and activations that drive engagement and maximising commercial potential• Develop and manage the annual retail marketing and instore activation strategy and implementation with the Retail Manager• Support retail, digital and Ecommerce teams with marketing requirements and week-to week tactical needs• Work collaboratively to produce visual output for packaging, collateral and campaign use and ensure timely delivery of all marketing and advertising for MANNING CARTELL stores• Oversee key elements of the in-store experience and their implementation, including instore eventing and creative collaborations• Build relationships with partners and centre management to amplify marketing opportunities and to maximise MANNING CARTELL exposurePublic Relations and Communications• Create PR strategy to best support all categories per season• Ensure all PR activities are in-line with brand DNA• Manage all external communications including media inquiries, press releases, and relationship building with relevant media outlets• Develop and distribute internal communications, including emails, newsletters, and announcements, to keep all team members informed about company updates, results or eventing• Create and execute the gifting strategy which includes creating brief, reach outs and follow ups of all talent gifting• Manage ShopMy platform and strategy to ensure ROI objectives and engagement targets are met• Manage talent showings for seasonal collections• Acquire brand partnerships and manage the programming of these partnerships in line with the marketing calendarAbout You• 5+ years’ experience in brand/marketing roles, ideally in fashion• Strong leadership skills with experience managing creative teams• Deep understanding of digital marketing and customer lifecycle strategies• Ability to balance creativity with commercial outcomes• Passion for storytelling, culture and woman-led brandsWhy Join MANNING CARTELL· Influence brand direction at a pivotal growth stage· Be part of a collaborative, female-founded leadership team· Work with a purpose driven luxury Australian fashion brand To ApplySubmit your resume and a cover letter detailing why you are the ideal candidate for this role.
