Job Summary
This role is based from our head office in Mackay and offers the freedom and opportunity to work on a wide range of pumping and water treatment projects from various industries.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct routine servicing, repair and maintenance of Oil water separators (Onsite Sewage Facility), Backflow prevention devices (RPZ), Water treatment and sewage treatment plants and pipelines.
* Strip, assess and troubleshoot pumps and pumping equipment to identify issues, faults and concerns.
* Recording of servicing information, photographs and other documentation relevant to the job.
* Assist with installation, servicing and repairs to water and waste water treatment plants.
* Ensure work complies with relevant standards and safety codes.
Requirements
Manual Driver's Licence
Ability to read and interpret drawings, manuals and parts information.
Supply own hand tools.
Desirable Skills
* Backflow Prevention and Onsite Sewage Facility endorsements.
* Confined Space.
* HR Truck Licence.
* Machinery Operation experience / certifications.
Candidates must be legally permitted to work in Australia.
