Your new role
As a customer service representative you will be working in an inbound contact centre environment. They are looking for someone who enjoys customer service and can manage their time effectively. Please note: the working hours are: mon - fri - 9am - 2pm
Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Taking inbound calls from small to medium customers
* Vast range of basic to more complex queries
* Utilising multiple programs during the one call
Your Skills And Experience
* Customer service experience - open to industry - retail or hospitality
* Suitable for Uni student/Uni graduates
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
