Key Responsibilities
* Lead primary substation design up to 500kV, including layout, equipment arrangement, and electrical clearances
* Perform design calculations
* Develop complete design packages including BOMs and technical specs for HV equipment
* Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure clash-free, optimised designs
* Review system studies
What you’ll bring:
* Proven experience as a Primary Engineer on major energy infrastructure projects (HV/EHV substations)
* Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. Bachelor of Engineering)
* CPEng or working towards it
* Membership (or eligibility) with a relevant engineering body (e.g. Engineers Australia)
