Key Responsibilities Include:
* Actively contribute to and prepare key finance reports, including month-end deliverables and variance analysis.
* Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to inform decision-making and support continuous improvement.
Statutory Compliance:
* Ensure accuracy of Bank and Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
* Contribute to the preparation of workpapers for statutory compliance obligations (GST, Payroll tax, Superannuation, FBT, etc.) and liaise with auditors.
Cash & Treasury:
* Actively monitor and report on daily cash balances, assist with cashflow management, and ensure daily bank payments are processed.
Finance Team Governance:
* Ensure all finance procedures and processes are documented, adhered to, and up-to-date.
* Contribute to policy renewal and ensure fit-for-purpose finance controls are in place.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* A Bachelor of Commerce/Accounting degree.
* CPA or CA professional qualifications.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar industry/role.
* Strong interpersonal skills, professional assertiveness, and exceptional multi-tasking abilities.
* Proactive problem-solving skills with strong analytical decision-making.
* Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Current unencumbered Class C Drivers Licence.
* Hold or willing to obtain: Working with Children Suitability Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening (as required for Risk Assessed Role).
