About the Role This part-time role offers 45 hours per fortnight across 6 shifts, ideal for someone seeking balance and purpose. You’ll be part of a team of four admin professionals who share responsibilities and support each other while also managing specific tasks. Your key responsibilities include: Coordinating staff rosters and filling vacant shifts Supporting onboarding and compliance for new staff and volunteers Managing resident admissions, transfers, and discharges Maintaining databases and generating fee quotes Organising meetings, training sessions, and site tours Handling accounts payable, banking, and record archiving Being the friendly first point of contact for residents, families, and suppliers What Makes You Stand Out Certificate III in Business or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years in administration or business support Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong time-management and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement Additional Requirements National Police Certificate – or willingness to obtain About Us We are one of Australia’s largest and most diverse not-for-profit organisations, with a legacy of care and compassion spanning over 140 years.
