We are looking for a dynamic and motivated **Head of Loyalty APAC, Sydney based** to join our team. This is a full-time employment.
**Head of Loyalty APAC**
This is you:
- 5+ years of work experience in a business development function, preferably in a loyalty context
- Master degree or equivalent in a marketing or business field of study
- Excellent business development skills: talent to open new doors
- You have a commercial and proactive mindset
- Excellent sales skills are a must to communicate with large international companies at the highest level. You rock at listening, communicating, presenting and negotiating
- You're ambitious to work in an international and changing environment
- You easily integrate in a team - regardless the culture or location

A sales driven challenge to dive into developing our loyalty business in the Asia-Pacific region.
So, what does this mean?
- Focus on hunting and bringing on new customers pro-active headhunt and business development across the Asian & Pacific region
- Negotiating and concluding long-term contracts to secure attractive prices and terms
- Monitoring the developments of your accounts with a view to anticipating future opportunities (takeovers, growth,...) or threats (solvency problems, takeovers,...).
- Ensuring that pricing is consistent and correct quotations are issued
- Taking responsibility for each step in the sales process
- Managing the APAC loyalty team that consists of sales managers / account managers, program managers & program coordinator. The team is divided between the Australian and Hong Kong regions
- In close consultation with Marketing, initiating various activities towards key accounts. Act as the ambassador for APAC within the company
- Growth perspective to build a team in line with organization growth
- You're the SPOC for your business & customer portfolio that spreads over the entire APAC region
- Producing the forecast / sales targets of different loyalty programs
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Studying and acting on market developments, actions and market position of competitors, to occupy a strong position in relation to the competition
