Join our team and be a part of this exciting time in Standards Australia's journey!About the roleThe Administration Coordinator (internally referred to as a Standards Development Services (SDS) Coordinator) is part of the Standards Development Services team which have responsibility for managing the standards catalogue and the coordination of standards related information and services to Standards Australia's teams, technical committees and the wider stakeholder community.What you'll do Attend to customer/stakeholder queries via email or phone Maintain the integrity of the data in the organisation's Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce) database Review incoming emails from the International Organisation for Standardization (ISO) and other Standards development organisations Assist Standards Australia staff with enquiries related to the international work of ISO and IEC committees and subcommittees Submit the final vote and comment (on behalf of Standards Australia) to the ISO balloting website Maintain ISO Global directory database Responding to internal and external stakeholders regarding International participation Following up and preparing Secretary reports for International Participation Prepare mailing lists from Salesforce (Membership Database) Prepare documents using MS Word Maintenance of Australian Technical Committee Records Prepare reports for Standards Development Accreditation Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in data integrity About you Previous experience in an administration role Attention to detail Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal IT literate (including Microsoft applications) Typing speed – 40-60 wpm Database entry experience Document control skills/experience Ability to manage high volume administrative tasks Ability to quickly grasp processes and systems Culture & BenefitsWe at Standards Australia are proud to have been awarded the prestigious Employer of Choice Award 2023!
