THE ROLE
The purpose of the Employee Networks Co-ordinator position is to provide administrative and business support to diverse employee led networks at the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing. The role is based within the Aboriginal Engagement and Diversity and Inclusion Unit, and collaborates with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, from entry level to executives, including leads of Employee led networks and Executive Champions. You will provide support in coordinating and implementing key initiatives and activities of these networks.

ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
1. Effectively manage administration and provide secretariat support for various employee networks across the Department. Coordinate meetings, records management and correspondence as required.
2. Support the leads of employee networks to fulfil their responsibilities as required, including arranging meetings and conferences, including coordinating papers, organising venues, catering, agendas, taking minutes and follow-up actions and making travel and accommodation arrangements.
3. Support executive champions with administration and meeting schedules to ensure engagement with employee networks
