This role is pivotal in shaping long-term recruitment, training, and resource strategies for Flying Operations and Cabin Crew.
The role also supports enterprise agreement negotiations across Australia and New Zealand and provides expert analysis to guide operational and industrial decision-making.
With a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, continuous improvement, and data-driven insights, this role offers the opportunity to influence workforce planning at a strategic level in a dynamic aviation environment.You'll have:Background in Data Analytics with a strong understanding of workforce planning fundamentalsHigh level of business acumen with a strategic mindset and demonstrated problem-solving skillsProven ability to develop and interpret complex models to support long-term planning and decision-makingAdvanced skills in MS Excel and tools like Power BI; comfort with data visualisation and storytellingAbility to lead initiatives, influence cross-functional teams, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholdersStrong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisationAbout UsThe Jetstar Group has airlines in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan and Vietnam.
