SAP S/4HANA MM expert needed to implement MRP. Contractor with deep knowledge of SAP forecasting and MRP configurations. Contract role focuses on streamlining material procurement.
Responsibilities
- SAP Implementation & Configuration:
- Lead the configuration and implementation of the SAP S/4HANA MRP module.
- Ensure all configurations align with business requirements and industry best practices for material planning and procurement.
- Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality meets project objectives.
- Training & Knowledge Transfer:
- Develop and deliver training sessions to the procurement team on the new MRP functionality.
- Instruct staff on how to use SAP for material procurement efficiently, covering topics such as purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and goods receipts.
- Provide guidance on forecasting modules and their integration with MRP to improve inventory management.
- Process Improvement:
- Analyse existing procurement and planning processes and recommend improvements using SAP functionalities.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and document recent workflows.
Required Skills and Experience
- In-depth understanding of SAP S/4HANA MM module and functionality.
- Good experience with material procurement using SAP S/4HANA, including the creation and management of procurement documents.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP MRP configurations and forecasting modules.
- Proven ability to lead training sessions and transfer complex technical knowledge to non-technical users.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight project deadlines.
Duration
Contract, approximately 1-2 months.
