**The Role**
We want **you,** to work for us and use your service operations experience to deliver outstanding service operations and customer satisfaction.
Based in our Seventeen Mile Rocks site, we have a great opportunity for a motivated Service Manager covers the Queensland, PNG and New Caledonian regions, who has a passion for customer satisfaction and growing our business in a sustainable way. You have strengths in managing a service operation and being able to relate to the challenges that it might present.
Your are a problem solver who is able to take responsibility for their environment and it's easy for your to translate the business goals into practical actions for you and your team.
The role includes managing your people, customer retention, key account management, in-field service and workshop operations, with full P&L; responsibility. The role does involve travel to visit customer sites and your geographically based teams.
**What we expect of you?**
For you to be passionate about the role you need:
- Proven people management and leadership skills.
- A passion for the customer satisfaction
- Previous experience in managing an industrial service business or related business.
- Excellent understanding of the financial aspects of a service business.
- Fluent IT skills
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
