Your new role
As the Accounts Receivable Officer, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end receivables process. Your responsibilities will include:
* Generating and issuing accurate invoices in a timely manner
* Monitoring customer accounts and following up on outstanding payments
* Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies
* Liaising with internal departments and external clients to ensure smooth payment processes
* Assisting with month-end reporting and audit preparation
* Maintaining accurate records in line with company policies and procedures
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar finance role
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
