The purpose of this role is responsible for managing administration support and team and to provide effective, efficient and accurate administration support and maintain a professional attitude to maximise the effectiveness of our communications with external and internal customers. Also this role is to provide support to Executive managers and expatriates with professional manner.
This position is part of the Compliance and Administration Team within the Corporate Business Unit
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise Administration team members
- Provide Administration support to Executive managers
- Provide Administration support to Development team
- Management meeting set up ( Internal and External )
- Management of Business travel arrangements for internal and external employees
- Management and procurement of furniture, fixtures and OA equipment
- Management and Maintenance of Macquarie Park office
- Team documentation preparation, execute document
- Provide office administration support including general office duties and general administrative duties where required
- Liaise with the headquarter for the expatriate staff matter
- Liaise with the company secretary agent as required
- Provide tax return assistance for expatriate staff
- Provide support to the company internal audit as required
- Review and preparation of medical insurance for expatriate staff
- Payment and tax preparation of monthly salary for expatriate staff
- Company credit card monthly reconciliation
- Preparation of quarterly expense reimbursement claim to the headquarter
- Review employee's reimbursement claim include expatriate staff
- Management of office security
**In order to be considered for this role you will have**
- Must be fluent in Japanese language skills with strong English.
- Experience in administration with experience managing a small team.
- Strong interpersonal and strong verbal and written communication skills
