We are looking for a commercially driven, strategically minded Director of Business Development to spearhead enterprise sales growth across our employee rewards and recognition portfolio. This is a rare opportunity to own a high-value pipeline, shape market strategy, and be the face of a market-leading platform to C‐suite decision makers.
What You'll Do
* Own and drive the full enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting through to close — for complex, high‐value contracts typically ranging from $500K to multi‐million dollar engagements
* Build and nurture long‐term relationships with HR, Reward, and People & Culture leaders at ASX‐listed and multinational organisations
* Develop and execute a go‐to‐market strategy for the ANZ region, identifying whitespace opportunities and new verticals
* Lead commercial negotiations with senior stakeholders, navigating procurement, legal, and executive sign‐off processes
What You Bring
* 6+ years of B2B sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of closing high‐value, complex deals with enterprise clients
* Deep understanding of long sales cycles — you're comfortable operating across 6–18 month pipelines and know how to maintain momentum
* Experience selling into HR, Rewards, or People & Culture functions is highly regarded
* A consultative, solutions‐led approach
* Exceptional executive presence and communication skills
* Self‐starter mentality with the commercial acumen to manage your own pipeline and forecast with accuracy
