Either way, we’re committed to helping employees explore their potential.ResponsibilitiesManage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely mannerAnswer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each callIdentify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternativesUse company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial inputBuild sustainable relationships and engage customersRecord comprehensive details of each conversation in our contact center databaseMeet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targetsMaintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the companyAttend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changesKeeps current with market trends and demands.Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.May be required to work overtime as assigned.QualificationsQualifications2 years of experience in a customer support role.Excellent verbal and written communication, computer skills, and time management skills.Able to effectively tailor communication and style to differing audiences.Resourcefulness and flexibility.Able to self-manage and work independently in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.Additional RequirementsRequire an internet speed test before offer.
