This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Unified Communications systems and solutions to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient communication services across our global network.
* Identify business needs and document functional and technical requirements for UC hardware, processes, workflows, and operating systems.

1. Serve as the primary technical contact for UC design and implementation, ensuring alignment with security standards.
2. Develop UC roadmaps in collaboration with architecture teams.
3.
