The Role
You'll lead your own Property Management POD, supported by a collaborative and well-resourced team. With strong systems in place, you can focus on what matters:
* Managing arrears with confidence, fairness, and structure
* Conducting ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
* Coordinating maintenance and tenancy support services
* Completing annual program eligibility assessments
* Attending NCAT hearings when required
What We're Looking For
* Solid experience in residential or tenancy management
* Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)
* Certificate IV in Property Services (desirable)
* Exposure to Affordable Housing or NRAS (highly regarded)
* Strong communication and conflict resolution skillsOrganised, proactive, and confident working autonomously
* Current driver's license
* Willingness to complete relevant compliance checks
