**Job Title:** Material Handler
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious material handler to move materials and finished goods efficiently and safely within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Our team handles premium, luxury wellness products.
Key Responsibilities
* Safely operate machinery (LF licence required) to move raw materials, components, and finished products.
* Loading and unloading deliveries, preparing shipments, and organizing stock within the warehouse.
* Conducting daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance on machinery.
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse in line with WHS standards.
* Assisting with general warehouse duties including order picking, manual handling, and stock control.
* Reporting any equipment issues, hazards, or safety incidents promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Valid forklift licence (LF); experience with high-reach or counterbalance machinery preferred.
* Proven experience operating machinery in a warehouse or industrial setting.
* Strong understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.
* Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks safely.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
* Basic literacy and numeracy skills for stock handling and documentation.
* Experience with inventory systems or warehouse management software.
