ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Assistant Bar Manager, you'll help lead a bar experience defined by innovation, impeccable service, and an unforgettable atmosphere.
Support the Bar Manager with daily bar operations and workflow.
Lead, mentor, and motivate bar staff to deliver exceptional service.
Assist with stock management, ordering, and inventory control.
Contribute to cocktail innovation, menu updates, and seasonal offerings.
Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and hygiene standards.
ABOUT YOU:
Leadership experience within a premium bar or luxury hospitality setting.
Strong product knowledge across cocktails, wine, and spirits.
Excellent communication skills and a hands-on leadership style.
Valid RSA certification and commitment to responsible service.
Ability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays
