An exciting opportunity exists for a Procurement Specialist to join our client's growing organisation, helping build its procurement function as the business expands.
Lead end-to-end procurement activities for third-party products and services, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and strong supplier performance.
Key Responsibilities: Manage sourcing-to-contract processes, including vendor selection, onboarding, due diligence, negotiations, and contract management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, requirements, budgets, and go-to-market strategies.
Run RFx processes, evaluate bids, negotiate pricing and payment terms, and award POs.
Maintain accurate records, support audits, and ensure procurement governance and SOX compliance.
Track and report procurement savings and continuously improve KPIs.
Provide procurement advice and establish best practices across projects.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years' experience in Procurement/Supply Chain.
Strong experience in vendor management, price negotiation, contract management, and data analysis.
Highly computer-savvy, advanced Excel skills, and comfortable working across multiple systems, including API-related processes.
Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills; able to work under pressure.
