We are seeking an experienced drilling and ground support professional to join our team at the Rosebery Mine.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating Jumbo machines, with extensive knowledge of underground mining equipment and techniques.

* This role involves drilling, bolting, and installation of ground support using a Jumbo Machine, as well as utilising skills for the reinforcement of robust mining processes and practices.
Responsibilities
>
1. Operating boom to scale face, drill holes for ground support.
2. Bolt, mesh and bore multiple headings per shift.
3. Decline, incline and level development.
4. Installing ground support as per standard and requirements.
5. Read and interpret mining instructions.
6. Keeping accurate records of activities in accordance with established standards.
7. Directing and coordinating Jumbo Offsider / Nipper to maximise production in a safe and efficient manner.
8. Carrying out effective high quality workplace inspections, ensuring correct signage (warning/hazards) are used and maintained at all times according to site standards and procedures.
