Recruitment Officer/Mobilisation Coordinator Role Overview
This is a dual-role position that encompasses recruitment, onboarding and mobilisation for personnel across multiple client sites. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
About the Position
* Manage job advertisements, candidate inquiries and recruitment inboxes
* Screen applicants and facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process ensuring seamless transitions
* Conduct compliance checks including medical bookings and police clearances
* Coordinate training and orientation sessions for effective knowledge transfer
* Manage mobilisation logistics including flights, accommodation and contracts
* Liaise with clients to ensure all access and mobilisation requirements are met in a timely manner
* Maintain accurate labour lists and site entry documentation across multiple shutdowns
