Cadet Civil Engineer Role

Key Responsibilities
* To apply engineering principles in supporting and managing the delivery of projects that align with strategic and operational objectives.
* To provide written reports on work-related matters and ensure all project documentation meets required standards.
* To offer factual, timely, and accurate advice and recommendations to facilitate decision-making processes.
* To contribute to a positive safety culture by monitoring compliance with policies, procedures, legislation, specifications, and other necessary documentation.
* To evaluate and mitigate the impact of works on the public and initiate innovative work practices while maximising resource utilisation.
About The Role
This is a full-time position with a 70-hour fortnight schedule. You will be working on road and transport assets within the Richmond Valley.
The role requires strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. A bachelor's degree is essential, with a focus on civil engineering.
