About this Opportunity
The College is seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team as the Executive Assistant - Curriculum. This key position supports the Deputy Principal of Curriculum and Director of Academics by providing high-level administrative assistance and coordination.
This position is 5 days per week (38 hours per week) during school term time, plus six (6) additional weeks per year across the school holidays (43 weeks per year), with standard hours of 8:00am to 4:06pm. The position will ideally commence on Tuesday, 27 January 2026, but will be negotiable for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities include:
As the Executive Assistant - Curriculum, you will be responsible for:
* Diary and Meeting Management: Providing confidential administrative support, including managing schedules, correspondence, and documentation.
* Academic Administration: Maintaining accurate records and managing important data about our students.
* Examination Coordination: Collaborating with the Curriculum Leaders for examination blocks, including coordination of Invigilators and Tutors, and providing support with external assessment preparation.
* Reporting & Communication: Producing academic reports as required, and assisting with communication to families. Play a pivotal role in the creation and distribution of assessment planners and subject guides.
About You
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, specifically OneDrive, Teams, Microsoft Word, Copilot and Microsoft Excel, and working knowledge of TASS (The Alpha School System) is highly desired. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a varied, detail-oriented environment and enjoys making a tangible impact on the academic journey of students and staff alike.
